Is it possible to purchase tickets at the door on the day of the event?
Typically, we do not sell tickets at the door. However, specific events might allow last-minute ticket purchases.
will I be on camera or in photos at queer aunties events?
Our events may be photographed or filmed for documentation and community storytelling. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you may appear in visual content used for Queer Aunties’ platforms. We get it — not everyone wants to be captured. If you’d prefer not to be included, let us know when you arrive, and we’ll do our best to honor that.
I've purchased a ticket but can't attend. Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
From 2024 onward, we won't be offering exchanges for future event dates. For refunds, please make your request at least 72 hours before the event date.
Am I allowed to buy tickets for friends or in bulk for a group?
To maintain the integrity and safety of our events, attendees cannot buy tickets for others. If you need special accommodations or have concerns, feel free to contact us at info@queeraunties.com.
