How can I receive an invitation to an event?

Each event has its own unique invitation process. To be considered, it's essential to RSVP. Our system operates on a first-come-first-serve basis. For a better chance at securing an invite, sign up for our newsletter to join the official waitlist. Please note, that an RSVP does not guarantee an invitation. 

When will official invitations be sent out?

Invitations are dispatched within two weeks of the RSVP date. Due to the volume of RSVPs for some events, certain attendees might receive their invitations later. We encourage early RSVPs to increase the likelihood of an official invite, especially since some events have limited capacity.

I've purchased a ticket but can't attend. Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

From 2024 onward, we won't be offering exchanges for future event dates. For refunds, please make your request at least 72 hours before the event date.

Am I allowed to buy tickets for friends or in bulk for a group?

To maintain the integrity and safety of our events, attendees cannot buy tickets for others. If you need special accommodations or have concerns, feel free to contact us at info@queeraunties.com.

is it possible to purchase tickets at the door on the day of the event?

Typically, we do not sell tickets at the door. However, specific events might allow last-minute ticket purchases.

Where will the event be held?

To ensure the privacy and security of our events, exact locations remain confidential until official invites are sent out. All pertinent details will be provided therein. For further queries, do reach out.

Can I share my invitation or password with someone else?

To maintain exclusivity and ensure the safety of our black and brown community, we request you not share your password. We curate our events with intention, and you've been invited because you're special to us. For any special requirements or clarifications, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
